This is the month of event coordination package. For those who are seeking 8 planning hours and 12 hours of assistance and coordination on the day of their event.

•All Just a corner piece content, plus:

•Attend final BEO meeting 

•Coordinate and oversee rehearsal.

•Provide vendor recommendations as needed.

•Conduct site inspection and prepare diagram 

•Coordinate transportation schedule 

•Check in with bride, as soon as possible, morning of to ensure schedule is on track

•Pick up personal items to deliver to venue (place cards, toasting flutes, card box, guest book, family photos, favors; Client to provide these in labeled plastic bins and hand off to planner at rehearsal).

•Pack up personal items and hand off to designated party (unity candle, toasting glasses, cake topper, family photos, guest book, etc.).

•Coordinate breakfast, lunch or snack, for bridal party (not bringing it but setting up the delivery; planner can place order with client’s card).

•Assist client on wedding day to ensure stress free environment.
