Pricing Starts at $1,500

This is the day of event coordination package. For those who are seeking 12 hours of assistance

and coordination on the day of their event.

This package includes:

•Initial consultation + phone and email contact

•Attend rehearsal 

•Oversee and review ceremony and reception set up to match client's vision and plan

(guest tables, escort and place cards, favors, assist with linen placement. Set up diagrams to be provided by the client.)

•Prepare detailed day-of timeline for wedding party plus vendor outline (client provides the info to the planner).

•Confirmation with vendors prior to wedding day and coordination the day of (Client provides planner list of vendors, copies of contracts and contact info, plus wedding party with first/last names, emails, parents, other VIPs.)

•Field final vendor questions and troubleshoot unexpected changes day of. 

•Distribute final payments/gratuities (client provides to planner in labeled envelopes day of rehearsal).

•Oversee tear down, vendor returns, and gift hand off to designated party 

•Obtain vendor contracts for review, final BEO (Banquet Event Order, provided by client), and room diagram.

•Review floral and linen orders (proper number of linens and correct sizes, chair covers, etc.) and transportation schedule for accuracy (need drivers name, phone number; verify timeline based on construction, weather, trips per head count, vehicle size, etc.).

•Assist client on wedding day to ensure stress free environment.
