This is our full planning package. 30 hours of planning, 12 hours spent the day of the event. Inculdes:

•All the Cake it Easy content, plus:

•Provide research for venue locations based on budget, style, dates, weather and client priorities.

•Assist with menu selection.

•Act as liaison between client and contracted vendors as well as day-of with guests, bridal party and family.

•Attend key vendor appointments.

•Provide a checklist of tasks and suggested deadlines (reminders for final payments and contract approval).

•Oversee delivery and set up of tents, banquet tables, etc. 

•Coordinate guest accommodations and transportation details.

 •Coordinate design details (floral, decor).

•Assist clients on wedding day to ensure a stress free environment.
